We Reserve the Right to Remove any Classified Ad - Wanted Ad or Photo Ad at our Discretion. Hyper-Links are also at our discretion, we will only allow an appropriate Link to the ad, no adult Links or Links with mass pop ups or any user controls are not allowed.
NO E-TYPING or DIRECT MARKETING of ADVERTISERS or WORK FROM HOME POSTINGS ALLOWED! We only allow those RV or Home Specific ads to be post in their respective category. We Do not allow Adult Rated materials and any ad deemed unsuitable will be removed.
We reserve the right to Ban any Specific User or ISP that trys to abuse our system. Unfortunately these type of occurances have made it neccessary for all users to "Register" a user name in order to Place ANY Ad, however it is Not Neccessary to create a user name to view any ad.
We take your right to privacy very serious and want you to feel comfortable using our web site. This Privacy Policy deals with identifiable information that may be collected on our site.
This Policy does not apply to other entities that we do not own or control or persons that are not our employees, agents or within our control.
You can view all of the ads you posted by searching by your Customer ID. Your ID number is next to your login name above, (example: sunseeker : 440) then 440 would be your customer Id number, you can search by Cust ID # 440 for your ads only.

Our registration process requires only a valid e-mail address and a unique user ID and password which you create. Providing us with other information is at your option. Please take note that your user name, e-mail address or other submissions that you make on this site may contain your real name or other personally identifiable information and, as a result, may appear on this site. Information about how advertising may be served on this site if at all is set below.

We cannot be responsible for the quality of any Photo image uploaded by any customer, however we will do our very best to correct any image of poor quality. No vulgar or rude language will be tolerated on this web site and anyone found having violated this provision will be dealt with and perhaps even banned from our web site.
